Delete Your Account

This section explains how to delete your account and what data is removed, for the WaterCan and WaterCan Distributor apps.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

  1. Open the app and go to Account Settings.
  2. Tap Delete Account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

Option 2 — Request by email

Email pravincoder2007@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Residents: name, phone, email, delivery addresses and location, orders and payment records, subscription and can status, return history, and ratings.

Distributors: distributor profile (name, phone, UPI), apartment groups and join codes, and ratings. Residents in those groups keep their own separate accounts but are unlinked from the group.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Some records may be retained briefly where required by law, then removed.
